When you call or send a request through this website, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the reading you are interested in, a preferred date and time, and any note you add. You never need to share personal details about your situation to request a reading. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website.
How we use it
Information you share is used only to respond to your request and, if you book, to provide your session. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Third-party services
Requests sent through this website are stored securely by our website provider, Mainbot Automation, and delivered to Madeline by email through Resend. This data may be stored or processed in the United States. The map on this site is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. If online booking is added in future, this policy will be updated to name that provider.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as needed to respond to you and provide your session, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared with us at any time. Call or text 437-601-7241 or send a note through the request form.
